Interesting, this guy is a lobbyist in DC. Now, what is he doing messin' around in little ole' Cherokee Village Arkansas?

From the article: "Certain Cherokee Village property owners have recently elected to challenge the contractual relationship between the SID and ALC. A suit has been filed in both Fulton and Sharp Counties against the SID, ALC and its principals."

A quick look at property records does not show "Charlie Shipp" as owning property in Sharp and/or Fulton Counties so we can assume he owns property under another name.
