Cherokee Village Real Estate "Archeology"

Hi Forum,
One of the interesting things about visiting some beach communities is to see the real estate "archeology". I mean by that the development over time of original housing to the newer stuff. It completely mirrors what happened in Cherokee Village right down to the size, condition, and style of houses and even how they were constructed. As these shore towns developed, so did the style, size cost, and kind of homes. One thing that is wild in some of these towns is to see massive houses being built on 50x100 lots or even smaller lots. In some areas you can spend several hundred thousand dollars for the house but not own the land it is during on! You pay “land rent.“ Boy is it easy to lose sight of the incredible value in CV.
