Gould Arkansas City Council Makes Forming any Clubs and Organizations Illegal !
Folks, you just can't make this stuff up.

I think this little town of Gould in southeastern Arkansas and Hardy may somehow share the same water supply among their so called "elected leaders". The town drama and the immature little squabbles acting like grade school kids makes for some great comedy among Hardy town politics observers, but now we have a new laughing stock in the state for immature, ridiculous small town politics, Gould Arkansas! Hardy is off the hook for awhile while the state and the rest of the US makes fun of these idiots in Gould. Be careful when you read this article while drinking coffee this morning. You may spit it up from too much laughter!
