Lol That sounds great, but a big percentage gain from not much is still not much. I do agree we didn't have those huge inflated gains in the nationwide bubble so it makes sense we could come back sooner to normal than lets say Calif or Arizona. Still it would be nice for Ark to just ahead of a few other states other than Miss or Louisiana. Those dogs we can always beat Lol

Arkansas is in a Position to Lead The Way in the US Economic Recovery

Arkansas personal income, housing prices, taxable sales and employment have been stronger than in the nation as a whole.

"We're poised to lead the rest of the nation forward," said Pakko, a former economist with the Federal Reserve Bank.
