CRIME Empty CRIME

Hi Folks,

Let's have it out in the open. There is a problem right now and it must be addressed. From time to time we get these rashes of petty theft. Cooper wire and plumbing and anything not tied down. The CV police are very good at getting these folks. It's always just a matter of time. But these "quality of life" crimes really matter in a community like CV -- especially with older residents. We want this stopped -- now!
