Hi Forum,

It seems like form the very start this Arkansas State Lottery adventure has been full of problem -- starting right at the top. Personally, I have nothing against folks buying a ticket or two for the fun of it. But it breaks my heart to see the desperate poor buying "the dream" which is the worst gambling bet on the planet.
