Thanks for your perspective. The Town Houses offer peace of mind for the part-timer. It is nice also that some give you access to your own pool.

What do you want to know? We have lived in one since we bought it in 2006. We only come during the summer months and usually come in the winter for two weeks on our way south to South Texas for where we stay until April. Lovely place we have and we always know it's safe when we're not there. It was the right choice for us and very close to Town Center. We like to walk there in the morning for coffee sometimes.
