Hi Forum,
We can be grateful that we are not coastal sometimes! Despite the weather issues we have, there are real benefits in being in the mountains. Still we are well enough aware of weather events to be praying for those affected by Irene. Getting people to cooperate with the authorities is always a huge challenge, but I have been impressed by the seriousness of response government officials in so many states.
