Victoria,

Mobile homes are not allowed anywhere near the lakefront of any of the Cherokee Village lakes. There is only one area in Cherokee Village that allows mobile homes and that is the Santa Fe Addition I believe. As to builders, you can contact city hall at:

Hi. I am looking at lakefront property on Chanute or Thunderbird. Are mobile homes or modular homes allowed? Also are certain builders allowed in CV? I live in Illinois now but am looking for the near future. Yhank you for any help. Kathy Smile
