Here's an old article about the college expansion from the point of view of 2008.

This expansion project to the Ash Flat campus of Ozarka College is
coming along nicely. This is very important and very good news for the
entire area.

Ozarka College Empty Ozarka College

Ozarka College looks like it is really gaining some momentum. In the future, I hope they can expand some of their programs from the Melbourne campus such as their 2 year culinary arts program to the Ash Flat campus as well as expand the curriculum. To get a college education for a $1000/semester is a STEAL in these economic times. I would definitely send my non-academic boys to Ozarka. And the programs are transferrable to any 4-year degree in most Arkansas state supported colleges
