Hi Forum,

A lot of us will be at the grill. I thought this piece on the "perfect" burger was interesting. Any tips of your own? All I know is that you don't want to go too "lean." I like about 85% on the lean/fat ratio in hamburger meat.

PS The "sea salt" recommendation in this link is actually good. I've tried it and you can taste the difference big time.
