I haven't checked with the Cherokee Fire Department, however, I believe Springril is correct in the fact that you 911 address is the correct address that is used for delivery of mail, having emergency service identify your property. I also own 40 acres in Colorado, and 40 acres in Texas and the 911 address is used to mail and emergency services.
I just wanted to see if this was the case in CV and more importantly how to obtain the 911 address for my properties there in CV.
Thank you all so much for your responses.

addresses
I guess it would depend. My mailing address is totally different from my "Legal Address" filed with the Sharp County Property Assessor --my house faces a parallel street. None of this was clear when I bought i the house. I called the Chief of the CV Fire Department to find out the "911 address" and confirmed the same physical address (also the 911 address) with the Postmaster in Hardy. When I lived in another small town, the post office also made that decision. I could be totally wrong. If you do not have a house on the property yet, I guess you would rent a "PO" post office box at the post office to receive mail until you have a house and mail box at your physical address. Sorry if this is sounds like a stupid response--someone else may have a simpler solution.

Physical Address
How does a Property Owner obtain a physical address for the lot that he/she owns? I would need a physical address for receiving mail and other things setting up official residency in CV.
