Arkansas home sales decline by 21% in September 2010 but prices rises slightly

Arkansas home sales decline by 21% from same time last year. The September fall appears to mirrors the U.S. dip. Analysts are citing tax credit’s lapse.

However, the average sales price in the state for September was $145,670, a 3.7% increase from a year earlier.
