Hi Kathy,

Welcome. There is no issue with use of septic and almost every home in the Village is on septic. The only issue is that your lot has to "perk" -- that is, the soil has to allow it. Almost every lot in the Village will pass a perk test. It's not really a worry but it is a technical point you need to address before building. Again, it is very rare for a lot not to perk or be septic able.

Hi Everyone. CV ia beautiful but boy was it hot on Wed. LOL. I have a question regarding septic systems and if all the properties in CV are approved for them. The property I am looking at says nothing about ok for septic. I would hate to buy something and never be able to build a home. Thank you. Kathy
