RIGHT TO WORK????
Forum,
One thing is for sure, employment is a local issue. It is also a National issue. It seems from the following list of "Right to Work" States that maybe something is up.
Alabama
Arizona
Arkansas
Florida
Georgia
Idaho
Iowa
Kansas
Louisiana
Mississippi
Nebraska
Nevada
North Carolina
North Dakota
Oklahoma
South Carolina
South Dakota
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
Virginia
Wyoming
"Right to work" seems to be about "choice" but also seems to be about stopping unions. Now here's my question: What's best for these States above? Why? And why does Blanche Lincoln take the "right to work" stance? Who's interest does "right to work" really serve? I'm not sure. Is she being pragmatic? Thinking this is what is best for getting regular folks to work. Or is this a gift to management and corporate interests? Again, I don't know. Any thoughts?
