Forum privileges for guests compared to members
The idea of this forum is to let everyone, guest or member, access ALL topics, postings, and replies. This forum was setup to be informational in scope for all those interested in this area of the country, therefore we want it to be as open as possible to all.
Obviously, the forum can sustain itself and be a real benefit to people who are looking for information on the area, only if people participate, and with a little word out in the community, and the help of Google searches, In time, I do believe there will be many active members participating here, sharing with the world what Cherokee Village, Arkansas, the Quad Cities, and the Spring River area all have to offer.
We encourage members and guests to use this freely as often as they like, whenever they like, and there will be no restrictions placed on guest or member in terms of how often they must post or what topics they can or cannot view. Guests could potentially never register ever if they like, and members could post once and never again, that is their option. We will never penalize "lurkers" who only come to read but never post, as other forums around the internet sometimes do. However, as to try to encourage more registered members, the only thing guests are not able to do is post a message, download a file that has been placed in a member's post, or private message other members. Other than that, guests can view the entire forum at any time. All we ask is that all of us be civil and respect other people's opinions and ideas.
Remember, registration is free, and we will never use your registration information for any outside purpose, nor will that information ever be sold to any third party.

The idea behind this forum is to be informational in nature, and to help promote the area in a positive way, with input from people who care about the area and want to help it grow and prosper. That is why we decided to be as open as possible in regards to use of the forum and to place very few limitations on guests and members alike.
