Hi Forum,

For me it would be hard to pick. Almost certainly it would be on Lake Omaha. For a long time, I have been interested in the homes offered by this Little Rock outfit. They offer houses at several levels and their base cost as well as storm and termite resistance attract me. Check out the website. I think the only issue is finding a local erector:

Kodiak Seminar and Open House

10% Discount On All Models Until October 7, 2011

Construction Seminar and Open House Saturday October 8, 2011

Kodiak Steel Homes® is your least expensive housing solution – long term. We save you money year-after-year with lower utility bills, minimal maintenance costs, and a quality home that will outlast your mortgage!

Now, we are saving you even more money with one of our biggest discounts ever, 10% off every model home. This 10% savings will only last until Friday, October 7th (October 8th for seminar attendees) so you need to get started now. The last time we had a discount this big delivery times went to 16 weeks because of the increased volume. We expect even more orders this time, so get started now and avoid longer drafting and delivery times.

We hope these special savings enable you to build your safe and strong new home now. For example, if you’re building the Hillcrest 4, the price drops from $55,456 to $49,910. That saves enough money to do the entire kitchen.

Construction Seminar and Open House - Saturday October 8, 2011, 10:00am to 4:00 pm.

The cost is $25 per person ($35 per couple) and includes all seminar materials. We will be building a scale model of our steel framing system so that you can see all of the major steps involved in the construction process. We will answer all your questions as well as presenting valuable information on financing, energy efficiency, building costs, green building, construction alternatives and more.
The open house will be at a completed Kodiak steel home in the area so you can see everything for yourself and visit with the owners. Our last seminar was literally standing room only so please make your reservation early; we may not have room for all who want to attend. To reserve your seat, get a home quote, or ask questions call 800-278-0888 or go online to www.kodiaksteelhomes.com.
We look forward meeting with you and doing what we can to insure that you and your family will have the opportunity to live in one the safest homes available!
Sincerely,
Kodiak Steel Homes®

Take five of of the best prime lots on Thunderbird, leveling the old houses standing now and replace it with.....

Oh well, it probably wouldn't fit in anyway!

Hi Forum,

If you could have any piece of property in Cherokee Village, what would you pick?
