Sequoyah Ridge the closer to the lake the better. Once you get too far up and out, it is not my cup of tea and not much out there. Very few houses. Deer Run is not to close to the lake so that should answer your question. I agree with Paul.

Here is the intersection of Deer Run and Sequoyah Ridge. There just isn't much out there and it is far away from the village amenities that you are coming for.

Hi,

There are very few homes on Deer Run that I know about. That general area below Hiawatha is a bit of an underdeveloped and unvisited area. However, some of the properties that do exist are pretty neglected although there are a couple goods ones also. This is definitely a situation you want to visit first. If I were looking at "distressed" properties, houses off Deer Run would not be my first choice of where to look.

Beach Club area Empty Beach Club area

Post by victorianlady057 Thu Sep 01, 2011 7:33 pm

I have been looking at homes that need some love. Funny thing I fell in love with one. It is somewhere on Sequoyah Ridge Rd. The woman at the office did not give me a number to google the area. But the map takes me somewhere between Hiawatha and Deer Run Rd. Can anyone tell me about this area? Thanks Kathy
