Hi Forum,

We have spoken a good bit about the economic value of a real local hospital to both attract and be an employer. The same can be said of a major college or university. There is no better "clean industry" than a college out university. It's not just about college professors but equally grounds keepers, secretaries, maintenace, administration and so on. We are an ideal place.
